Description:
Frame Straightener is the follow-up to our initial release
in the Single Batch Series of beers. A traditional take on a
classic style, 100% of the malt bill is Belgian in origin. This pale ale is infused with just enough French Strisselspalt hops. Easily a session ale, it begins with malt and plum; earthy and complex. It finishes with a hint of clove and fennel, keeping a peasant bread characteristic throughout.

Service:
Frame Straightener is a very versatile ale. This beer would show off a tight head of off-white bubbles in a thistle glass or take on the traditional look of a pale ale in a pint glass. When it comes to food pairings, treat this ale as you would a bold hermitage or zesty syrah, taking advantage of the subtle spice and earthy undertones. Deglaze your pan with this ale and serve with your favorite red meat!
