Description:
Brau Brothers Strawberry Wheat is a combination
of traditional American wheat ale and fruit ale.
Subdued hop flavor and aroma give way to
pronounced strawberry notes. Wheat malt
constitutes 50% of the malt bill and lends
trademark sweetness that rounds out the beer.
Top this off with just a hint of vanilla and we have
brewed a truly
unique and flavorful ale!

Service:
Brau Strawberry Wheat is unfiltered and will glow
a bright straw color. Wheat’s high protein
produces a tight and solid head as ample
conditioning contributes a champagne-like
effervescence. Tall, pilsner-type glasses will
accentuate the look of this bright beer while
wrapping up the robust strawberry aroma. This
beer can be served with a variety of citrus and
seed fruit and can be mixed in many different
mimosa-style drinks.
